Connect Fastmail
Fastmail over IMAP and SMTP with an app password. Your regular Fastmail password will not work. Works

Connect in Mailpitcher
Add the mailbox
Choose Fastmail, then enter your address and password. The settings above are filled in for you.
Test the connection
Mailpitcher checks that it can read and send before it saves the mailbox. Each mailbox sends 100 emails a day by default, and 50 a day for its first 3 days.
Sending limits
- 4,000 messages a day on Basic plans, 8,000 on Standard, Individual, Duo and Family, 16,000 on Professional; 120 a day on trials. Each recipient counts as one message. Source.
