Everything in Mailpitcher
A full email client and an outreach tool in one app. Every feature below is in the app today, shown with its real screen.
A proper inbox
Everyday email from every mailbox you own, in one list that feels like Gmail or Apple Mail.
- All inboxes, one list
- Every connected mailbox side by side, or one at a time. Replies go out from the address the email came to.
- Conversations
- Your pitch, follow-ups and their reply grouped into one thread.
- Search
- Instant search over synced mail, plus a search on your provider for older mail, and loading older mail on demand.
- Schedule send and undo
- Pick tomorrow morning, Monday morning or any time; take an email back within 3 seconds of sending.
- Follow-ups on any email
- Up to 3 on a single email, in the same thread, cancelled the moment they reply.
- Rich text and images
- Bold, lists, links and images; paste from Google Docs or Word and the formatting comes with it.
- Attachments
- Attach by picking or dropping files; download what you receive; forwards keep their attachments.
- Folders that match webmail
- Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam and Trash as on your provider; archive, star, spam and delete act there too, one at a time or in bulk.
- Address suggestions
- To and Cc suggest people you've emailed before.
- Private images
- Images load through Mailpitcher so senders can't see your IP or location, and you can ask before showing them.
- Notifications
- Browser notifications for new mail, live updates without reloading.
- Keyboard first, bookmarkable
- Shortcuts for everything you do often; every folder, conversation, outreach and project has its own link.

Outreach you control
Personalized bulk email from your own mailboxes, sent only to the people you choose.
- Paste a sheet or upload a CSV
- Columns become merge tags; duplicates and opted-out addresses are skipped; add people by hand with custom fields.
- Merge tags your way
- {{first_name}} or BuzzStream-style [first_name], with fallbacks like {{first_name|there}}, and any custom column.
- Checked before sending
- A preview per recipient and a warning about any placeholder that wouldn't be filled.
- You pick who gets it
- Adding people never sends. Save keeps everything; tick recipients and choose Send sequence, or Save & start for the whole list.
- Follow-ups that stop on reply
- Up to 4, always in the same thread, from the same mailbox, under the subject each person got.
- Review & send
- Go through first emails one by one, exactly as they'll arrive: send, skip, edit just this one, or pick the mailbox. Their follow-ups then run on their own.
- Manual mode
- Set an outreach to send first emails only by hand, from Review & send; follow-ups stay automatic.
- Edit while it runs
- Reword any email or add a follow-up while it runs; changes apply to emails not sent yet.
- Duplicate
- Copy an outreach as a new draft, with or without its recipients, or with just the winning subject. Results never copy, and nobody is emailed until you start it.
- Mailbox pools
- Send one outreach from several mailboxes, each within its own daily cap.
- Results
- Contacted, replies, reply and bounce rates, a 14-day chart, results by step and by mailbox, CSV export.
Subject tests, judged on replies
Find the subject line that gets answers, then send the rest with it. No tracking pixel in your pitch.
- Split by count
- Give each subject a number of people, like A: 40, B: 40, C: 20. Everyone past the counts goes to one variant you choose, or is spread evenly. Set one to 0 to pause it.
- Replies, not opens
- Mailpitcher has no open tracking, by design. A variant is only called likely better once each side has 30 sends and the difference is unlikely to be chance.
- Send the rest with this one
- One click freezes the test at who's already assigned; everyone else, and anyone you add later, gets the winner, marked with a Winner badge.
- Threads stay whole
- A follow-up replies under the subject that person actually got, so a test never splits a conversation.
- A Sequences tab per client
- Every outreach in a project in one table: sent, replies, reply rate, bounces, and how many reached Agreed and Live.
- Compare
- Set the sequences' emails side by side, first email against first email, with every subject test underneath.
Natural timing
Emails that arrive as if you sent them by hand through the day, not in one burst at 9:00.
- Calm and Spread out
- Each day is planned up front: everyone due gets a random time across your sending window, at least 60 s (Calm) or 30 s (Spread out) apart per mailbox.
- Follow-ups land naturally
- With either pace, a follow-up goes at a random time in the window on the day it's due, not to the minute a set number of days later.
- Steady or your own gap
- Steady sends back-to-back from the start of the window; Custom sets the gap in seconds. Keep a default per account or per client.
- Hours, weekdays and dates
- A window to the minute in your recipients' time zone, weekdays only if you like, or first emails only on dates you pick, up to 3 months ahead.
- Told when it won't fit
- The pace box says how many go out each day, and Save & start warns you when not everyone fits in your dates.
- A Queue you can read
- Every email still waiting, by day: its exact planned time or an estimate, with the mailbox and subject variant.
Sending that keeps mailboxes alive
Guardrails that protect your mailboxes' reputation, on by default.
- Daily caps
- 100 sends a day per mailbox by default, 50 a day for a new mailbox's first 3 days.
- Every recipient counts
- Emails you write yourself count toward the cap too, one per recipient, so a long Cc line can't slip past it.
- One sequence at a time
- If someone is already in another active sequence, their first email here waits until that one ends. On by default.
- Do-not-contact list
- Bounces, unsubscribes and spam complaints go on it automatically, plus anyone you add. It's checked again at the moment of sending, for outreach and single emails alike.
- Bounce brake
- An outreach pauses itself when a mailbox's bounce rate passes 5% (after 20 sends).
- Usage at a glance
- Sent today, 30-day totals, reply and bounce rates, and each mailbox against its cap.
- Demo mailbox
- Try outreach with fake replies and bounces before touching a real mailbox.
A board for every client
Each client or site gets a board. Prospects move along it on their own as your outreach sends and people reply.
- Pipeline stages
- New, Contacted, Replied, Negotiating, Agreed, Live; drag cards or switch to a table.
- Your CSV's columns
- Every column you import, like DR, niche or local time, becomes a table column you can show, hide and sort.
- Filters you can share
- Filter on any column, match all rules or any, see them as chips, and send the view as a link.
- Select in one click
- The first 25, the first 200, or everything that matches.
- Straight into a sequence
- Add the selection to a new or existing outreach, or pull a project's prospects into one. People already on it are skipped, and nothing sends.
- Every prospect's story
- Open one to see your emails both ways, each outreach they're on with the subject variant they got, and what goes next.
- Prices, links and the funnel
- The agreed price and live link on each prospect, total spend, and how far prospects got.
- Templates and exports
- Pitches saved per client, copyable into any tool, and a CSV of every prospect for your report.
Signatures that look right everywhere
Build one in a minute, or bring the one you have. One per mailbox, swapped when you change From.
- 10 layouts
- From photo left and dark card to spreadsheet and text only, built to hold up in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, light or dark.
- Photo or initials
- A photo is cropped square with the face in frame and sized for Outlook and Gmail. Or use your initials in your accent color: nothing to host.
- Buttons, banner, small print
- Up to two buttons, a banner and a disclaimer under any layout.
- Paste the one you have
- Copy a signature from Google Docs or Word and the layout and links stay; its Docs images are copied over so they don't expire.
Your AI assistant, in the loop

- A welcome tour
