Questions
Is Mailpitcher a full email client or only for outreach?
Both. You read, reply and write everyday email from all your mailboxes in one inbox, and run outreach campaigns from the same place.
What does Mailpitcher cost?
$11.99 a month per account, billed in USD. It is one plan, so there is nothing to upgrade to.
How many mailboxes can I connect?
As many as you like. The price is per account, not per mailbox, and each mailbox has its own daily cap of up to 100 sends.
Is it safe to give Mailpitcher my mailbox password?
Passwords and app passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, and only decrypted to connect to your provider. With Gmail you use an app password, which you can revoke from your Google account at any time without changing your main password. How Gmail app passwords work.
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Gmail, Porkbun, Namecheap, Hostinger, Zoho and GoDaddy, and any other host that offers IMAP and SMTP. Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 is planned but not available yet. See every provider.
Why is there a daily sending cap?
Mailbox providers block accounts that send too much too fast. Each mailbox sends at most 100 emails a day, and you can set it lower. A new mailbox starts at 10 a day and rises over about 14 days. Add more mailboxes to a campaign to send more in total.
Do I need to change my email provider?
No. Mailpitcher connects to the mailboxes you already have, and your provider still stores your mail.
