Emails per day, all mailboxes–

Follow-ups count as if nobody replies, and the days are sending capacity only: the wait between a first email and its follow-up adds to that. Mailbox providers have their own limits too: about 500 a day for personal Gmail and 2,000 for Google Workspace.

    How to use it

    1. Enter your mailboxes and the daily cap per mailbox.
    2. Add the people to contact and the follow-ups per person.
    3. Tick warm-up if the mailboxes are new.

    Provider limits

Google limits personal Gmail to about 500 emails a day and Google Workspace to 2,000. Cold outreach usually stays far below that to protect the mailbox.

    Defaults

The defaults are Mailpitcher's own: 100 a day per mailbox, and 50 a day for a new mailbox's first three days.

    Questions people ask

How many cold emails can one mailbox send per day?

Your provider sets the ceiling (about 500 for Gmail, 2,000 for Workspace), but for cold outreach many senders stay around 50 to 100 a day per mailbox.

Why add a pause between emails?

Sending in a slow, steady trickle looks like a person, not a blast, and spreads replies through the day.
