Everything about paying lives in Settings, Plan & account. The plans and prices are on our Pricing page.

Choose a plan

Step 1: Open Plan & account

Click your email address at the bottom left, then Settings, plan and usage, then Plan & account.

Step 2: Pick monthly or yearly

Click Monthly or Yearly. Yearly costs ten months’ price for twelve: 2 months free.

Step 3: Tick Start my plan now

Tick Start my plan now. It means the plan begins at once. If you withdraw within 14 days, you pay only for the days you used and get the rest back.

Step 4: Choose the plan

Click Choose Solo or Choose Pro. You go to the secure payment page. Buying for a company? Tick “I’m purchasing as a business” there to put its name and VAT number on the invoice.

Invoices and your card

Step 5: Find an invoice

On Plan & account, under Invoices, click View to open one, or PDF to download it.

Step 6: Change your card or plan

Click Manage billing. It opens the billing page where you can change your card or plan.

If a payment fails, a red note asks you to update your card. Your plan stays on for 3 days after the first failed payment.

Step 7: Cancel your subscription

Under Cancel subscription, click Cancel subscription. You can say why (optional), then confirm.

  • Nothing more is charged.
  • You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
  • That day, running campaigns pause and scheduled emails are cancelled. Your mail, contacts and campaigns stay.

Changed your mind? Click Keep my plan before the period ends.

Withdraw in the first 14 days

Step 8: Withdraw from the contract

In the first 14 days of a new subscription, the button says Cancel or withdraw from contract. You get two choices side by side:

  • Withdraw from contract: the plan ends now, and you get back the unused part of what you paid, by days. The refund goes to the card you used, within 14 days.
  • Cancel at period end: keep the plan until it ends; nothing more is charged.
In the first 14 days you can withdraw (the plan ends now, unused days refunded) or cancel at the end of the period.

Choosing Withdraw from contract shows a summary. Click Confirm withdrawal. We email you a confirmation.
